Milwaukee’s first environmentally sustainable apartment building, Timber Lofts located at 300 W. Florida Street, uses specially treated lumber for its construction rather than steel and concrete. The 60 unit apartment building is already nearly 60% leased, with residents currently moving into their new apartments homes.
